Using the editor
HTML Magic Editor is a browser-based tool for visually editing HTML. You can use it for any legal, ethical purpose. That includes:
- Editing personal projects
- Tweaking AI-generated HTML
- Building websites for clients
- Learning how HTML works
- Anything else that isn't illegal or harmful
Please don't use it to build phishing pages, malware distribution sites, or anything that would make us regret building this.
Free tier
The free tier is free. No expiration. No trial period. No surprise fees. No "your free trial has ended" popup after 7 days.
The free tier includes inline text editing, visual style controls, live preview, one-click export, and 10 saved projects. These features will remain free.
Our promise: We will never take away free features or make the free tier worse to push you toward Premium. If you're happy with the free tier, that's great. We mean it.
Your content
You own everything you create or edit in HTML Magic Editor. We claim zero rights to your HTML, your designs, your edits, or anything you produce.
Your content stays in your browser. We don't store it, copy it, analyze it, or use it to train anything. When you close the tab, we have no record of what you did.
Simply put: Your code is your code. Not ours. We never see it.
No warranty
We work hard to make HTML Magic Editor reliable and useful. But it's provided "as-is." We can't guarantee it will:
- Work perfectly in every browser on every device
- Handle every possible edge case in your HTML
- Be available 100% of the time without interruption
- Produce output that's compatible with every platform
That said, we actively maintain and improve the editor. If something breaks, we fix it. Just don't sue us if your HTML comes out a pixel off.
Refunds
Not happy with Premium? Reach out to us and we'll sort it out. No drama, no 47-step refund process, no "please tell us why you're leaving" survey.
We'd rather give you your money back than have an unhappy customer. Simple as that.
Changes to these terms
We might update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll make it obvious — not bury it in a changelog nobody reads.
Major changes (like anything affecting your rights or pricing) will be announced clearly. Minor wording fixes won't change anything meaningful.
This page always has the latest version. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when we last touched it.
